AndyP57, Mike (miglia)

We are about to mock up the windscreen for our G46 can you point us in the right direction of where to source the bottom ali moulding you use.

Would you like the fibreglass base for the screen as i have got one if you like. You would need to make a hardbored temp for the perpex. Let me know

The reason for the bottom rail is I have tried to cardboard template the screen position but realise it needs to have a fixed rail to allow me to do that.

My screen is not going to be like the one Garry intended it is going to be a little fuller cured round to the doors at full height and then run back across the doors sloping.

So I need a rail long enough to go over the bulk head and then back across the top of each door. Is the rail you have long enough for that?

I like the solution on your car to mould the rail into the bulkhead, very thought out.
