Post E30 325i Sportster triple weber conversion

Hi

I am seeking information on what is required to convert to triple webers. I am aware that the smart money says stick with the injection but I am seeking a more traditional look and have a desire to go back to my youth when the hardest thing to wire on a car was the radio!

I have seen a couple of underbonnet pictures of sportsters with triple webers - one on Marlins own website and if i could even find out who built these it would be a start.

Which Weber would anyone recommend? How is the ignition contolled?

Thanks

There is a Sportster with a 2.5 and triple Webbers currently owned by Danny Nelson (contact via Marlin Owners club) There are a couple of pictures on this thread. http://www.madabout-kitcars.com/foru...ead.php?t=2392

I'm sure the chaps on www.e30zone.co.uk will be able to help with info on installing carbs on the M20

This sportster was built for Tim Dutton - Danny knows him, so it should be possible to find what was fitted to this car, and where obtained.
