Well phill a removable hardtop is well on its way, looking cool.
Also another project based on a lotus Elise. Plus more break and butter work.
Will you be taking your cars to the Goodwood revival ?

I'll be there on the Saturday - I've got a day in hospitality for the first time.

Your car looks like the real deal, who needs to spend 30k plus to have the same fun. I bet you get the same interest than a d type all day long.

Bad luck with the diesel episode Phil, hope it hasn't done any permanent damage.
My engine's still out I'm afraid. I'm waiting for front suspension parts to arrive - 150lb Spitfire springs, faster geared Spitfire steering rack and 7/8" arb - as it'll be much easier to fit them with the engine out of the way. I'm also off work with a bad back at the mo' so I might have to give you a call in a few days to lend a hand hoisting the motor back in...
Woodbridge looked like a good day out, despite the later than intended finish. Abandoned airfields make great race circuits, don't they.

Cheers Phil, I'll take you up on that. Won't be until next week though - Doc says I have to lay off manhandling cast iron sixes for a while
Surprised Woodbridge is still operational, looks derelict from the photos. I suppose the Govt can't afford to have the weeds cut any more.
