You must have two (for dipped beam and main beam – can be the same unit)
The front lights can have a white or yellow light
They must be a maximum of 400mm from the side of the vehicle (measured to edge of light unit)
Dipped beam headlight must be a minimum of 500mm from ground level with maximum of 1200mm. (measured to edge of light unit)
The headlights must be a matched pair
