I must admit that I fast forwarded about 15 minutes to see if this was worth watching ! Its a bit cringing at the start but worth listening to what turns out to be quite a story !!

Looks like a Triumph Herald chassis required- wheelbase is only 10mm longer than the 300S.

Or an MX-5 at +20mm.

I was thinking of an existing kitcar chassis such as an NG or similar. A Herald chassis would work but something more substantial would be better. The NG range were all capable of taking bigger engines and are pretty strong.
