Hi , I have actually been lurking around this site for years and I recently collected a Miglia body from Mike to start a build.
I am a Hot Rodder at heart , therefore expect a few different build touches as the build progresses.
I bought a body only and intend to do everything else in my own way.
I am using an early Herald chassis , a 62 , so will be upgrading the brakes etc. not sure what powerplant yet . It's early days so things could change !
Thank you to Mike for his help and flexibility with my requirements.

Welcome to the forum EP. Looking forward to seeing some rod mods on your build. What's your schedule - on the road by Christmas?

Nice to see another new builder taking up the challenge :)

no progress as of yet . no ones fault other than mine. i wanted to wait for the modified doors for the Miglia and Mike tells me the bonnet is being improved too. i haven't chased him for these parts as its not been the greatest of weather to build in anyway.
i should be starting to put something together in about 3 weeks.

Hi Nice speaking Saturday, you have some great ideas and its nice to
see some other peoples talents.:ohwell:

Yes i feel i wanted to have a separate inner bonnet frame, gives option for mounting bonnet hinges and a solid feel . And a little more space in the inner door skins for customers to be able to fit internal door hinges.

Its all progress , and adds speed on the build.

You can say that again. :icon_sad:

Have you managed to get any work done on your Herald chassis while waiting for the upgraded body?

As you know we like to see photos. :icon_wink:

Good luck, Paul. :)
