Clutch Master Cylinder replacement

Good afternoon chaps.
The clutch Master Cylinder in our pedal box is leaking. The only info I can find is 0.75 with clevis on any old paperwork. Do any of you know 5he exact one to replace it please? The car is not with me, my dad's borrowing it and it needs to be ordered before I go up to replace it and he can't see any markings on the one in the pedal box.
