Just spoken to Malcom at Automotivenostalgia in Middlesbrough.
He has stopped working on Ferrari replicas as he has been threatened to be shut down by Ferrari lawyers. He has plenty of other work on so for him it’s not worth the fight.

I assumed us private builders would be ok as we are not profiteering from the build. Having said this mine will not be badges as a Ferrari as I’m driving to Italy in it in June

I wasn’t going to put F-badges on mine, I may just rethink that with all this BS going on...😡
