is there a rule with the SVA that stipulates the height and approx location of side lights?

I'm not sure my SVA manual is fully up to date (it's from last year), but it states:
Front position lamps.
Max distance from side: 400mm
Max height: 1500mm (or if impractical 2100mm)
Min height: no requirement
