I am about to rivet in my floor. What goo have people used as a sealer? I seem to remember someone using sikaflex - but which one - there are loads of different types.
It hasn't yet! Away at the weekend and just too hot at the moment. The Sikaflex cure time is pretty short and also temperature dependent!!

Do you have gaps/holes at the end of the tunnel behind the seats? Is this to let the water out when it rains?

Yes I have got the holes. If I was to be charitable I would say it is to let the water out (but of course it will also let it in) Or it could be Marlin just didn't put a flange in that place...
Could be worth leaving though for that reason. I once got caught in a thunderstorm in my first kitcar, which had a fibreglass floorpan (hmm) - within about 2 minutes there was 3" of water sloshing arround in the bottom - I am used to bailing out boats, but never had to bail out a car before.
A couple of points for fitting the floor (more to come)
1. Don't use too much sikaflex - it makes helluvamess....
2. Dont sit up under the car when applying it when the wife comes out to the garage to ask you something that won't wait.... Its a b*gger to get out of your hair
3. On a more serious front - according to one of my boaty friends meths is a good solvent for it - but beleive me not good as a shampoo....
