Welding stainless 4 to one exhaust?

Hi all, any advice about welding a 4 to one exhaust stainless? I am going to see if I can find someone to weld stainless for me, I am however confused and don't see how he will be able to weld all around the 4 pipes as they are pretty close together, any advice?
