MX250 Wheels

Hello,
i have seen some wheels that could fit on my MX250 build.

they are 7,5 x 16" ET 20 and 9 x 16" ET 15

What do you think of this ?

What is the recommended ET value ?
What is the recommended total diameter of the wheel with tyre to fill the arches ?

15 to 20 ET is about right. You will need 50mm spacers on the rear as well. About 24 inches fill the arches.
