Hi guys,
New here and wonder if anyone with experience of the IVA test can advise me?
I have been offered a Pilgrim Sumo Mk 1, 99% complete but never been registered/road legal. The V5C lists it as being a Cortina.
The seller does not have any paperwork whatsoever. I would like to avoid a Q plate if at all possible, as Sumos are not normally Q-plated.
Can anyone advise me how I might be able to meet the paperwork requirements for the IVA?
