Hi,
Not sure where you are, but if you're in the Norwich, Norfolk area I can recommend Mark at Power and Performance (01603 880060). He makes one off stainless pipes and would be able to supply and fit whatever you fancy.
I've been using him for many years as he also does a lot of varied hot rod work.
My 250swb will be up there tomorrow while we try to work out the central locking and I look how he's getting on with my wheels.
If you can measure and spec the pipes yourself, well worth contacting :

to get the pipe cut and bent and sent to you.
I've used them a few times for odd bends and tail pipes. All stainless and reasonably priced.
John Stokes of Bournemouth have given me a quote re: exhaust pipes -
You will be looking at approx £350-£400 with a box and around £250 to go just tubing and tails.
Not sure if these are good prices or not - what do you reckon ?
Wolfie
I'm lucky enough to be able to make my own for pennies, so that price horrifies me, but it beats the £1500 price tag for an XKSS exhaust!
Is it not possible to remove the baffling/ padding in the original exhaust for a better flow?
Perhaps slice open, remove then weld back up?
Hi Scottie
Im afraid thats beyond my capabilities, I am building a kobra and wanted twin exhaust pipes coming out of the back, im not much of a mechanic and this is my first kit car project.
I guess the photos in the original post are what you are looking to do with your car. I am have a 250 SWB kit on order and want twin pipes also, I am in Milton Keynes and phoned a local builder of custom exhausts and they said a twin stainless exhaust (I have 2 pipes running along the bottom of the car as I have a 3.0) would be in the region of £650.00

I'd be looking at something like thisfor a quad pipe setup (or similar with just twin pipes) and extending the tailpipes with stainless to the right length. Would also need a 2into1 in front of it to accommodate your existing pipes.

Umm, wont putting the exhaust from 2 pipes down one be a little restrictive? I was looking and thinking of something like this:

Providing the single pipe is of a larger diameter than one of the duals and the silencer is of the straight-through variety, it will just increase the gas speed and change the note. Probably not much, if any loss in bhp on a road tuned engine.
I wonder how much those portable dynamometers are? I was quite disappointed that they didn't have one at Stoneleigh this year. I wanted to do a before and after with some Activ8 oil additive in the engine.
