Just on the offchance, is anyone here from Wakefield area? I'm starting a new job there in a couple of months and my wife and I have decided that now's the right time to buy a home. We're not too sure of house prices in the area though and we wondered if anybody could tell us if the ones listed on here http://www.bridgfords.co.uk/forsaleoffice/Wakefield/1914 are comparable with the rest of North Yorkshire? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
