The car I bought with a full mot thinking all would be good to build the kit on has got a full blown dodge mot. it passed two months ago with no advisory and the chases rails from front to the rear of the engine are completely shot with rust.
it would kill someone if you had accident it would just fold up. dose anyone no if I can report it to anyone before I scrap a car with 12months mot
Did you not look underneath before you bought it? It might have been a good idea to check that the bits you needed were OK then an MOT might have been irrelevant. Did you mean a full blown dodgy MOT?
if I showed you a full mot and the paper work to show the only thing it advised for next mot was to change the rear disc why would you. what's the point of a new mot, if it said corroded beyond repair I would still be running. for this to pass a mot it was a very good friend or a blind man with no fingers.
I would still have given it a good looking at knowing you can still get dodgy MOTs , sometimes it is a ringer that has been done in a 'straight' station. Caveat emptor. Its a bad world out there.
