What a great set of lights!

I have similar from MCP in Bilston referred to as L448 lights- presumably from an early Landie. Not sure how they will sit on a curved surface so have made neoprene spacers to sit between.

Thes are definitely not land rover, a lot more period than those cheap plastic things (also seen on the early Daleks!)

I said "early" Landie - no plastic involved. Otherwise they might just as well be Hillman Imp !!!

Do you have the eBay link available?

I had a series 1 landy, they had no indicators, glass sidelights and a bespoke rear light in glass as well. Trafficators were an option, great fun but nobody ever noticed them in traffic.

This is a link to the picture I posted, if I hadn't already cut holes out I would be buying them

Yes they are very nice. I'd still have issues with them fitting a curved surface, and the mounting holes are very close to the large aperture required.

These are the plasticky ones that MCP had at Stoneleigh:

and these flat profile glass ones are what I have now:

They look good too. I can see the challenge in mounting them on a curved surface...

Yes, once the final positions are decided, I expect to add thickness to the inside of the shell and sand some round flats for them on the outside.
