Looking for some advice as i am going to look at a spitfire chassis that has no tub so the vin plate is missing however the owner has the V5 doc, is there away to check the details to make sure it has not been stolen and stripped.
Whats the situation if a chassis is bought with a V5 but no chassis commision number plate, is it ok to buy a blank and stamp the plate up, if so are the numbers required on the V5.
