I am setting up the Tribute Automotive Owners Club (TAOC). The need for this has been accelerated by Danny_HUFC needing a membership number for his insurance so it is not quite as prepared as you might expect.
It is a very simple club. There is no joining fee and you get nothing for joining other than a membership number. If we need some money we will send an email to all members explaining what we need the money for, how much we want and ask you to paypal gift the money to us (cash, cheques and bank rtransfers can probably also be dealt with).
We will get a website up at some point. Danny_HUFC has volunteered his services for that and already bought the website address I think. That will be one of the things we ask you all to fund when we get a bit more organised.
The plan is to keep the club simple, un-cliqued, fun and easy. There will be 2-3 TAOC events that will be exclusive to members, associate members, their friends and anyone else we decide might be fun to have there. The rest of the time people will just say which events they are planning on going to so other members can meet up. If other stuff develops then we will play it by ear.
I will be keeping a register of members and the cars. If you want to join then please fill in as many details as possible below. The first row is my details so you have an idea of what is meant. Your details won't be shared with other organisations without your permission.

If you fill in your details then you will become a member. If your car is not completed yet don't worry you will be a 'pending member' until it is on the road. If you don't own a Tribute (Chris!?) but still want to join the gang you can still apply as an associate member. Please add a statement saying why you should be included, the more amusing the more likely you are to be accepted.
Anyone who put there details on the earleir thread will receive a PM from me asking for any extra details. I am just cut'n'pasting what I have so far into the Club Register Spreadsheet.

I have replied to your email with all the details. I was in the bath earlier and it is difficult to do with the iPad in one hand and a beer in the other. Guess I am not such a Clever Dick after all.
Just a quick 1 nick, can you collect members cars pics aswel and il be able to add them on and hopefully a place where new members can upload their own but the websites proving difficult! im seeking some help from a web designer friend at the weekend
Not as bad as last time, no lose of finger length this time, just cut through the base of the fingernail down to the bone with a 1mm disc, so quite neat really. Back to work and cracking on with stuff, Photobucket website seems to have broken so no pics today. Maybe someone cut through their broadband with a grinder.....
