Not sure if you are asking for a specific history of FKR 877L, but for anyone interested it looks like a Karma Dino replica, produced in the USA in the 1980's with a number of kits imported into the UK.

There are a number of references to the vehicle type if you Google..

The photo you posted is one of the few cars that doesn't have a 'Q' plate.

Perhaps someone here has a personal history of the vehicle?
