SVA Government Handbook

Hi Chaps,
On PH’s kit car forum, there’s the ‘sticky’ thread at the start. It used to contain a link to a PDF of the official SVA rules book.

I’m sure I downloaded a copy, but I’ve lost it :eusa_doh: . Can anyone send another copy to me please? The link’s no longer active and I can’t post on PH :eusa_naughty: , so I could sure do with some help :eusa_pray: .
