Marlin support

11 Oct 2005, 6:53pm
Thought I would ask around, there seems to alot of experienced builders offering support and advice here, which to a potential builder sends out great signals. Do Marlin offer the same levels of support and guidance, and if so is it easy to come by.

hi sdsmc001,

well yes Marlin do offer support. Mark is available from 4-6pm weekdays specifically for queries/problems. U can send digi-pics of areas u don't understand etc and get clarification. the manual is due to be updated as it's mainly pictures. there is also a PDF disc available of the marlin build that was detailed in Which Kit...

where r u based? ask here to visit an owner locally? Once you start u could always pop along and have a look at an owner's car to see "how they did it"...

Hi.

As John said the support from Marlin is 4-6PM. But I've manged to talk and get some advise during the day as these hours are no good to me.

Depends on the model your thinking of to the level of support from the people on here.

Turbo - Good support
Rover K series - Good Suppprt
Honda Type R - New so not sure

But the rest of the build there should be plenty.

Cheers
