Maybe if you need to ask the question you dont understand the subject. There is a clue in the website name Kitcars. But here goes. If you are after buying a ready built car. Find one you like. Find someone who actually knows about cars to check it. Check you can afford the insurance. then buy it. But don't blame me if it goes wrong.
