its only about 30 miles form home but had a run about it was a fab day car run just fine off to cadwell park this sunday hope in for good run.

dvla in peterborough the guy you need is stephen raven vehicle inspection officer hope that helps

I notice you have painted headlight rims , like ol'66 used to have ....I really like the painted rims look but don't think anyone has done it other than us yet....

Have you ventured on the motorway with yours yet?

I took mine 1 junction up the M5 tonight just to see how it crusies with the new diif and i can say that mine at least is not really a motorway animal! I came back down the lanes and over the hills and its was considerably more enjoyable

norfolk has no motorways just nice A&B roads god that u out in car great

That's right, no Motorways round these parts. And if we did have one it'd be nose to tail tractors.

Hi All, not been around for a while due to marital issues (split after 27 years) now looks like I will be moving from sunny Boston, hopefully into the not-so-badlands of Norfolk. I have a new lady who is as commited (should read needs to be committed) to the Sammio as me. She is going to help me get it done, and then we may be taking it to Ireland next year for a very special occasion ;-) ;-). Love her to bits, and the new lady is pretty lovely as well! Ooooops. Hope to be chasing you guys round Norfolk asap! Chasing, not perhaps the correct term when driving a 13/60 herald based car but, whatever.

Afraid not - my Spyder won't be road ready by then (new deadline early July ) and I'm working on the Sunday. Will probably go next year though in my fully finished, fully sorted Sammio...
