no lights!

I have a Tiger Cat E1
and its MOT time......front side lights work but no dipped beam lights the full beam lights work.
I have checked the fuses and wiring could it be the rocker switch? how to test it?

Can anyone help????

If everything else checks out then I would suspect the relay then the rocker switch.
