Interested to know which seats you chose.
5' 7", 160lbs, drive in 10-to-2 position, elbow angle about 120 degrees, 30" inseam.
Has anyone had to shim the pedal box or make any individual changes to the steering/pedal box geometry?

I'm about the same height and inseam (inside leg length to us Brits :lol and about 10% heavier than you.
I've got Cobra Roadster 7's on adjustable runners. Driving position is excellent and I had no need modify Marlin's standard steering position or pedal box.
The only draw back of the Cobra 7's is that getting out of the car I sometimes get my hips trapped between the side wings of the seats and the steering wheel. Not a major issue but something I had not considered until the seats were fitted. I'm planning on trying a flat bottomed steering wheel.
I tried Robin's re-covered Mazda MX5 seats in his car and they are very comfortable and highly recommended.
There is the possibility of course of changing the steering boss to the type that have a removable steering wheel, clip on and off. Also has the advange when left parked anywhere that the steering wheel can be taken away thus preventing possible theft. Most modern steering wheels can have this retro fitted.
