my first drive in 2 yrs

hi guys i finally drove my speedster kit on an 12 mile drive for its mot,and it went surprisingly well,failed mind you,onlly silly things like seized rear brake pistons, knotchy steering rack,and the silencer blew out on the journey down there,if i would of taking it straight for its iva test on its first drive definity a fail, so well worth the fifty quid mot just for the pleasure of driving it kinda legally,so done the work going to iva it hopefully sept ,one problem,im using the same warning bulb for both handbrake and low brake fluid level is this ok or a fail,also on the iva form oneof the questions is what are the design weights of the vehicle, help, cheers guys

This light will remain illuminated when the handbrake is engaged. Illumination after releasing the handbrake may indicate low brake fluid level.

Refer the the handbook and add the correct brake fluid at once to bring the level up to the MAX mark. As the brakes wear the fluid level will slowly drop. Check your brake fluid level frequently to ensure there is no further rapid loss of fluid.

If the brake fluid is too low and brake pedal travel is distinctly longer than usual, one of the two hydraulic brake circuits may have failed. Do not continue your journey and seek assistance.
