BEC Reverse Lamp?

I'm playing with an electric winch motor to act as a reverse gear for my R1 Fury.
Question's:
a) Must I include a reverse light on the rear of the car to be IVA compliant?
b) Is there a requirement to maintain two-handed contact with the steering wheel (I'm thinking of a push-button activation)?

Hi.
Yes - you must have a reversing lamp. You will need to have an illuminated switch or the lamp switched by selecting reverse.
