Best use of a V6

Morning all,
I have a W202 with a 2.8V6 that I want to transfer out and put into a kit car. Any recommendations?
Ideally it should be - 1 or 2 seater and be cheap as chips!!!..lol

As it's a Merc, it's RWD - so I would have thought the best / cheapest option would be a locost

Yu'd have to fabricate engine / gearbox / diff mounts to suit though, and with it being a locost you'd have to check it'd all fit in the vehical in the first place.
