There's been precious little activity on here for a while, so I thought I'd post up some evidence that my car isn't just a high days and Sundays car....
Mine is high days and holidays as i start work at six and it has no roof and a silly aeroscreen but if I finish early I get in a hoon,my mrs has a ragtop I drive on a Thursday when she gets the Volvo .
Not drove mine much sorry to say. A mixture of a crap year life wise, working weekends, and when off, Pouring with rain!
Though I do intend using it more next year. Another mapping session after I've sorted out the handling a bit. Time for more boost and smoother running.
My car is now off the road SORN for the winter. I have however now collected the power upgrade kit from Dave Andrews of DVA Power to raise the power to between 170 & 180BHP on my K Series VVC engine. This will be fitted over the winter together with a less restrictive stainless steel exhaust for more powerful track days in 2011.
