Did anybody else get a bit of an odd one liner email saying someone's made a Sportster legal in Germany without TUV approval?

it has been done: Marlin BMW Sportster*, German registration, w/o TUV
approval, but completely legal anyway! --> No more comment ...

Ah yes, he's the German distributor for Marlin cars.
I look at this guys build site from time to time and there are infrequent updates.

Sounds like he's got the car finished and tested.
I wonder if he knows about the new wishbones as he seems to have the old 'krackensie type'...
