Does anyone have the pinout for the large circular connector that connects the engine wiring loom to the fusebox? I think (actually I know) I have a wiring error and I need to double check the functions of some of the pins.

I must have it somewhere but in the meantime you might want to take a look here and download one of the booklets...
Me again - just followed Peter's link. They're the diagrams I ended up using, as trying to read the ones in the Bently & the Haynes manuals did my head in.
Found the wiring problem. It was a trapped wire in the fuse box. Unlucky for me it had got caught on one of the few sharp edges and it had just pierced the insulation enough to cause a short to one of the headlight relay connections. The wire that was trapped was the Unloader signal from the big circular connector. This is normally grounded and was shorting the headlights to ground as soon as the relay was energized. Luckily I had put a low rating fuse in the feed to the fusebox while testing otherwise it could have been messy....
