Got my lower wishbones back, together with shiny purple power flex bushes.When offered to the chassis,it took the power of a trolley jack to mount the wishbones-anyone else find this? Also have a quiery about top wishbone.When mounted to chassis,I have a 1.5 cm gap between chassis and wishbone bushes-is this packed with washers,and if so ,are they placed at the front bush of rearward bush?Hope this makes sense!!!

You shouldn't have a gap that big - I would say something is wrong. There should be just enough gap to fit a couple of thick washers. Like this
Thanks Robin, Having been away from the car at time of writing my memory of the gap was a little overestimated...I have 3 washer spacers available..maybe I should try and fit 2 larger washers, one on each side..?

Ok - that's normal then. Marlin provide space for washers to allow fine tuning of the castor angle (how far back the king pin is leaning) 1 washer either side is a good starting point. I have the same. I think Patrick has two at the back and one at the front but unless you plan on doing some serious motorsport I don't think its going to make a huge difference.

I too had problems fitting my new lower wishbones they were slighty to small to fit in to the two chassis mounts and had to spread them a couple mill for them to slide into place.
Yup I have 3 at the back and 2 at the front, its a bit tighter now with the Rally Design bushes. You can adjust the castor by moving the washers around, the more you put at the back the more castor you get IIRC.
