Has anyone had louvres put in their bonnet? The only place I've found so far is charging £5 per louvre which seems a bit steep!!

Does seem a bit steep to me considering there must be about 15 on each bonnet side. I am sure you could negotiate that down a bit - most of the cost must be in the set-up which the guy only has to do once.
