Anyone know where I can print off a form from? I was sure there was a downloadable one here http://www.totalkitcar.com/tech_registration.php but it seems to have gone

You were correct, but I beleive they have taken them off as there have been some changes to them.

Right I wanted to print the sva form tonight but it's gone again! haha
quick question which sva form do I need voluntary or ministers??

Voluntary says that the vehicle is already registered in uk??
