The new registration process asks a kit car related question that must be answered correctly for registration to be successfull (try it and see the the questions it currently asks - you don't have to complete the registration obviously)
Anyway, I've put about a dozen questions in the database already but thought it a good idea to put it to you good peeps to come up with some interesting and relevant questions that could be asked of new user registrations.
They need to be fairly simple as there will be complete novices joining, so questions could be general car questions that most people should know or questions where the answer can be found in the site somewhere. Clues to the answer can also be given, for example;
Ok I'm going to start off with a difficult one. Even the DVLA can't give a straight answer.
Post SVA, does a car need an MOT before registration? I got away with it with the local DVLA centre, but Swansea said I required it. So did not get it done.
Does the car, age related or not require and MOT each year after the SVA or is it 3 years? Will the DVLA send through a reminder?
Straight forward questions but seem difficult to answer.
It's to do with an added level of security for the forum to prevent spambot registrations and vulgar spam posts. Upon registering for the forum you are now faced with a question that you have to answer correctly, so the devious and dastardly questions where to do with that (although in truth they have to be a little bit easy!)
Even the DVLA can't give a straight answer.
