Does anyone still have the paper body fitting instructions - specifically those for fitting the bonnet - that they could fax or otherwise send to me? I have lost mine, and although I found fitting the rest of the body pretty straightforward I am not so confident about the bonnet without the instructions - particularly fitting the hinge.
