Ah – MUCH better than that shady bit of stud that I’ve seen sported on the Rover installs. I’ve done much the same thing with the Type-R and have a 4th mount on the rear (to mimic OEM).
Good to see someone else doesn’t just assume “Marlin designed it, so it must be fine….”!
Perhaps you should patent it, looks like a solution for my problem, I have twisted the top engine stableiser bar when really thrashing the car, and that is with the 1600K. The more powerful engined cars must really suffer.
I had some ideas not quite like this, but thanks for sharing it.
