Hope to get back to building now.As some of you know in previous threads,I had an entertaining time using the tr6 back box.What if all current of completed builders could publish their set up?Patricks site has an awesome set-up;Robin has pics of a tr6 system...Have you got this running yet?
This is our exhaust in diagram ish format not to scale:
BTB 6 Branch / BTB X pipe / Jetex 2.5" stainless with 45 degree bends to back then two Magnaflow 14815 mufflers (straight through design)

Still haven't started mine yet :-( (been off work sick for several weeks recovering from some mystery illness so a bit difficult to justify spending any time on the Sportster) - did you resolve the problem with the exhaust getting too hot or have you abandoned the TR6 idea?
Hi Robin, asyet havent tried any furthur with exhaust as am moving house.I still will try soon to find a solution, but I fear the problem is restriction...the diameter of the manifolds and downpipe are greater than the inlets and outlets of the back box, thus creating outflow obstruction.May try and open the other 2 outlets on the box...along shot.
