This is exactlly whay i made up myself out of some 10mm stainless bar and it works a treat.

Robin, thinking about it. I should be able to make that on the lathe.

EDIT: I'd have to source the material and do some testing first

Hi Patrick

The guy is making them today or tomorrow - will be £5. (Everything is in £5 increments that he does lol)

I need to know ASAP if you don't want one!

Robin,

Here's mine after a bit of extra work on the lathe - works really well like this:







I used that bolt that I put in the master cylinder with silicone as a master to shape the metal pin. It's not spot on but it should fit nicely.

Mine ended up about the same shape through trial and error. Had to drill the hole slightly deeper also but seems to be a good fit now with just a few mm travel on the brake pedal before the piston in the master cylinder begins to move.

Robin we bled the brakes today and went for a short run down the drive way and back, they work very well with almost instant braking as soon as you move the pedal - 100% success :D Thank you again.
