Yes, but i must point out that most of the filler went to the ground, and a lot was needed for the front end as i made all these modifications to it. I never used gelcoat, i used filler for that, as it also is polyester based. The kit itself doesnt need that much filler if kept as is. Also alot of filler was consumed when i lowered the roofline. I used the filler first on the inside too make a smooth transition, then layed the grp. After hardened i sanded down the outside, maybe 4-5 cm on the worst places to get down to the grp that was layed on inside. Almost four tubs Went there!

So i really want to point out that the kit is not bad as it is, it is just me that cant keep my hands off! Ofcourse the kit needs filler, but that is normal amounts!

Andreas - Your car looks great.

The thing I find interesting is that the BRG paint does scream "look at me" in the way a bright yellow (or similar) would.

And yet the car as a whole really catches your eye and makes you want to look at it.

The Wheels in rear are 15x9 zero offset and a 38mm spacer. Fronts are 15x8 zero offset no spacer.

The Wheels are Rota Wheels, model RKR

So now the persuit for power begins...

I have been looking for a header that would suit my Engine. I have found zero. Most are 4-2-1 headers, and that is not the way. I am very specific about what i want, because a lot of Power is hidden here. ALOT. So the natural way as usual is to do it your self. This header i made is calculated upon my Engine spec. Cams, cylinder head, rpm range, usage etc. So this is what i ended up with. Primary lengths and diameters are calculated, and also the collector which has a venturi to help midrange a tiny bit (high rpm range is favorised).



Startpoint for a collector, the "nose" helps the pulses to retain energy a bit.





First section of collector is finished



All the primarys are MIG spotwelded on the car, spots are then grinded down, made ready for TIG welding



Here is the finished header. All welding is done, and also the collector is finished.



Hmm... I wonder what comes out here...



Put on the car, it is not much space left... Pardon the messy engine, it will be pulled out as there will be some work on that one too



Very tight here...
