its got to be worth a go Pat as long as you dont short cut the preperation it will look fine
You are only spraying a plain colour and yellow doesnt show too many errors and you can use green vinyl for the stripes -- sorted

I am intending to work on the roadster over christmas but thats only going to happen if it warms up a little - its hard when theres ice on the body your trying to prep

hi pat if you need i can lend u a space heater, but temp wise dosnt matter for primmer so much, just keep water out the system. there`s nuagane paints on ebay, that do celley paint cheap to £69. a gallon, and i got a spare tin panel wipe if ya need...

they're who i got mine from! i gave them a call to discuss the colour i wanted as it wasn't listed on e-bay and i found them very useful and knowledgeable and helpful!

Erm, a link would be useful as I got no results for 'celley' or 'nuagane' on ebay, while searching 'car paint' got me about 11,000 hits.

My preferred choice atm is going to be:

They also do five litre tins in any colour for less than eighty quid delivered, which looks like pretty good vfm to me.

Dave did you find the spraying bits and bobs, I got an electric random orbital sander from santa, I'm making a start now I off call and playing catch up at work, thanks Pat

I'll check this morning and let you know, would have checked sooner but christmas and a broken starter motor got in the way :-)
