Pretty much there....

List of things to do, find tyres that fit 15x9 alloys (seems impossible), sort a fancy exhaust, and a really good cut and polish, as its orange peel city at the mo.

I'm enjoying the build, but only able to get at it on the weekend. Missing those long summer days, nights draw in far to quick.

It does look pretty damn cool with the hardtop I'll remind myself to take some more up to date pictures soon

Looking good mate. I am still desperately trying to get ready for paint but the new job is against me at the moment.

Two options on the tyres for a 15x9 - BF Goodrich American "muscle car" tyres (which I have) or Toyo Proxes. The Goodrich tyres are a much larger side wall - 60 section. The Proxes are a smaller side wall - 50 section - but the widest they do are 235.

Might be best to go for the Proxes as fitting the bigger Goodrich tyres in to the arches is a challenge.

Cheers fatbloke, I had some 205 50 sat in the garage, so I got them stretched on

Surprised at how much it has filled the arches, glad I didn't order 50mm spacers!

Exhaust to sort (though I might wait till next mot)
And, hmm, I need some kind of flexible plastic/rubber to make arch liners

See Eric Holm and jagtvr threads over past 2 to 3 weeks. Both cover this topic. ☺

Made my own jass style covers for the console out of some alloy printers blanks a got from a house clearance ages ago.

Probably going to have lots more quilted leather on the trans tunnel and headlining.

Ohh and some kind of comedy clock
