The wooden spinner tools don't last long, when giving them a good bash to get the spinners off they start splitting.
I got a cnc produced tool to take off my 2 eared spinners, uses a 3/4" socket bar to remove the spinners and it doesn't mark them.
Only £37 inc delivery. Just ask the seller and he makes them to order.

We have a double workshop and a covered area for four cars. I personally own 22 vehicles so it gets a bit crowded. Everyone who works here is HARDCORE, it was -7 degrees last night though but I still could not wait to get out there!

The first time you use the brakes it all comes off perfectly. It would take you a long time to mask up the bits you did not want painting and it would not be as accurate.

It was a solid template.
We love it even when it snows!

What paint do you use then?

Just standard rattle cans here. Ive done track days and the paint still stays on. It is rubbish that you need special caliper paint.

Progress was slow again today. Front badge is on now. Spent several hours getting the sliding side windows to fit properly. Including rubbing them down and first couple of coats of paint to the frame.

I then had to go and get Nicks car from paint and then take Scotts car over for paint.

Finished the filler panel on Brendan Koupe and fitted the front headlights. I'll post some photos tomorrow just did not get time today.

I'm still leaning towards the 275, but this is the 250 I'm most looking forward to seeing.

Finally the Koupe is drivable. The customer is collecting it tomorrow and it will then have a full stainless straight through exhaust fitted. Hes going to do some work on the stock interior then return it to us for final snagging and a cut and polish on the paint ready for Stoneleigh. There are many more high-res photos on our website. The word superb seems to be applied to just about anything with 4 wheels these days on this forum but......this really is superb - superb shape (Tribute) superb finish (Nubodi) and despite saying I wasn't keen on the colour previously I have to say I was wrong because that also, is superb.

Never mind a dog with 2 tails Brynn must be like 20 tails with a dog attached!

Yes Dave, perfect vision. The rear mirror view however is like looking through a letterbox, the downside to a beautiful shape.

I still prefer the Ital mirrors as they are more accurate.

Ironically the Clapton car doesn't have wing mirrors, like quite a lot of 250s - surprised that are that many left on the roads!

Just an update since the customer collected the car. He had to work in the afternoon and was very nervous about leaving the car in the local authority car park. It seems it was in good company though.
