For now a 48mm curved stainlessteel extention pipe from ebay. Have to see what will fit under the kit or just get Longlife to design and fit a system.

I am thinking....of coming straight through the valance, cos it would be so easy.

Out bid on some wider wheels on ebay, still dont think its looking too bad on originals, mayby with a bigger spacer on rear.

Stuck my twin tail pipe out under my plate. used some jetex bends to get it there and a few mini exhaust mounts to hold it in place. Going to make a stainless surround for cut out .

Just fitted my £10 quick fix exhaust, I hope to fit a stainless steel cat back twin system soon.

My rear end has been off and on more than a whores draws, think this is the last dry fit before going to bare metal, bonding and riveting. Fitted the fuel filler cap as well tonight.

Had to use spacers to get the front to the right position, not sure why. More spacers to fit before bonding.

Tony, I don't think that you have your inner wing panels fitted correctly. Have a look at these pictures. The notch is to let the panel tuck under the lip on the MX5 bulkhead panel. Don't "bond" anything on the front, only screw or bolt, so that the front can be removed in case of windscreen issues. Please let me know if you need any more info.

Tried mine tucked under but they needed flexing alot to bolt down, fitted un tucked looked fine but front was sitting too low. Not a problem as its now sorted with spacers.

Check my previous pictures front was not right sitting on the inner wings now it sits better (up to the windshield) nilon 30mm spacer top left.

In the warm light of day, there was more cutting required on the front as the headlight buckets were catching some brackets, no bracket required (some one needs to write a song about that, could even be an album). Brackets removed and all fit is now good. Spacers removed had spent ages on the rear end, front was just plonked on for the first fit, bonding and riviting this weekend weather / child care permitting. Thanks for the advice Chris.
