by the way I am loving your "tented city" it's a great solution, but what's in the garage? tell me it's not a tumble dryer and washing machine!

Unfortunately (or fortunately!) my wife is a hairdresser and works from home. We were considering buying a Salon about 6 years ago, but with costs escalating and staffing issues, the decision we came to was to convert the utility room. But she out grew that very quickly and so now we have a proper salon in the house. This has pushed into the garage making my double garage into a single garage!
Being into motorbikes as well, that is now filled up with a motorbike ramp and workbench, pillar drill and tool boxes! So the tent outside is the only way to go for my Spyder build.
I certainly can't complain as I have a very nice office at the other end of the house and she is helping fund the Spyder build!
This is the salon now:
The weather has perked up now, so I will hopefully be painting the car in the tent on Sunday!

Any update on the beaded edge to the wheel arches?
A bit or brake pipe bent to shape as a former and then bonded over?
It's an idea but how to you hold the bead in place before you bond into it. I have been looking for a bead with a flat coming off of it that could be popped riveted to the inside of the wheel arch and then bonemeal on the outside face, found it in a rubber extrusion but nothing in ali copper etc

Only because its so obvious... 10/10 have a pear drop and a gold star.
Not driving light, air intake, I have a Layzell print of the D Types in the pits at Le Mans on my office wall just behind the computer screen, got confused, must be time to go to the garage for an hour or two before the pub at 6.00, I too am self employed but I did start at 6.00am this morning!

Yes I cant tell a lie and I am sorry Lancelot this modification is not out of the Sammio gene pool (out of one less shallow) But I was concerned at the front end lifting at speed.
