Sammio for sale

Finally after loads of hassle the great DVLA have now corrected THEIR mistakes on the car's V5. :rant:

The V5 now has the correct chassis number
The V5 also reads
Make= Triumph Spyder,
Body type = Sports.
Colour = Blue.

Bon voyage - it looks to be in good company. It's sad that it's leaving the country but it's still nice when an old Spyder gets to make new friends.

This one is now off to a new owner in Germany.



It was a sold Sunday evening and collected Tuesday morning.
It might have been a different story if we hadn't had the ramp to help load it!! :smile:

I think this car was one of the highest quality builds on here. :cool:

I also think that fact that you were both able to use Lancia D24 in your heading is a big help.

After all, who is going to be looking for a Triumph Swordfish on line? :rolleyes:

I'v spotted a black Sammio Spyder for sale on FACEBOOK but don't know how to list it on here.:mmph:

It's sporting the number 68 and it's listed at £21,000. :fear:

....car with new & tidied interior, some stickers on body, wheel covers in "wire wheel" design, tidied enginebay now advertized in germany...the buyer was a kitcar dealer....your car must be one of the best ones he has in his sales-portfolio...as usually he is dealing mainly with cars in "questionable" condition and is well known for being overpriced.....
