Alex's TVR/250 Build

Looks great Chris. I like the crisp line between the wing and the flat area of the bonnet. I also like the recess for the fuel filler, and the recess for the badge on the front.
It would be nice to see a pic of the rear vents too.
I can't remember, a one off, or are you going to take a mold/mould?
Just noticed the rear screen is less tapered than on the MX250.

Thanks Nick. I will get a pic of side vents when the colour goes on in a few weeks.

The rear window is MGB GT hatch glass, it comes with a very nice alloy trim too.

This is a one off, but we do have the moulds for the front an rear, so we can do something similar, one day.

This is brilliant!

Whilst i like the mx250, ive always thought it was a bit mispropotioned, but this, and the original wedge design, is much more like it!

Hope things like this start appearing to buy soon.

Will look great with some chrome details and glass in to finish the profile. Are you going all out with wire wheels

Utterly brilliant .
Think we will need to discuss a build for me when I return .
Need to get my mx250 inspected first !

Wow Chris, that is stunning. Great proportions to it.
I like the wheels, I wonder how they'd be painted graphite or black?

Chris, That looks great. I agree with the comments about the proportions.

Is the wheelbase 92 inches? How wide at the front and rear fenders. Just thinking.....

Beautifull...

Chris, that is georgeous...your best yet...
Now, if you can get as close to those proportions based on the Z3,
i might give up my motorbikes and build one.....:thumb:

That looks very nice Chris. Are the wheels Turrinos?

Saw this car yesterday.
I have to say it looks even more impressive in the flesh than the photos can convey.
The paint and lines are fantastic and there are some really nice little touches that Chris has worked into the design.

Chris, 10/10 for this model. it really is very swoopy, if only the donor was as easily available as the MX5.

That really looks great Chris. one of the best I have ever seen. Can´t wait to see it fully finished.

I also agree with Ollie, a Z3 based convertible version could generate a lot of interest. Something similar to this....

Have a look at WCA's Z300S tread and you will see that we offered up a set of MX250 panels to the Z3, it will happen, one day....
