Don't worry WCA, as long as you are happy with your car, that's all that counts.

I was once sat in my 7 type car, and a bloke walked by and said "oh no! not ANOTHER 7 replica"

So I said well. yes, but its a rather nice one, or do you prefer your rusty cortina?

Replica = £5,000 to £10,000

Original = £5,000,000 to £10,000,000

I think that's the point.

Plus I deliberately designed mine NOT to be a replica. It takes influences from lots of different cars to make something that looks from that period.

I have been to a few car shows and meetings and it is so interesting hearing people discussing what they think it is. I keep a laminated sheet explaining about it for those who are interested.

It is really pleasing hearing the general reaction which is overwhelmingly positive. It is also amusing watching people trying to discretely tap the panels to see if it is metal or glass, especially when they do it to the doors which are still metal.

And WCA's car gets a nod too.

I really like that colour of Nubodi's Z300S.

their website could do with a tweak here and their though, rather just flung together.

And the pics imply that WCA's Z300S is one of "theirs".

I will be interested to compare the quality of the respective paint finishes at Stoneleigh.

Meeting
