Car still looks great - wonder if it's worth switching one of the side quarter views to be the main listing pic? The square on front shot doesn't show off how good looking it is. Make the third(?) Pic the main one maybe?
If it doesnt sell i might think about changing the wheels to some more 'origional' style. Not sure the big 20" are to everyones taste. Th king about it now i should of sprayed it blue!....
No I think you got it absolutely spot on - it's one of the best looking out there BECAUSE it's not trying to look like the original.
Wonder if it would help to put a little video clip on youtube and link it in description - you should be able to add bits but it will show as edit. Might get some juices flowing?
I went the modern route as thats what i wanted and i wasnt planning on selling it but now its up for sale, i should of went classic because it would be easier to sell
I agree with smash that it is one of then best out there due to the modern twist.
I watched the build and am convinced of the quality of work.
I would buy it except for the facts that I want to build my own - oh and don't have the funds !
Whether you should have gone classic or not is a moot point - you went your own way and it has shown what can be done with imagination and a need to buck the trend.
Blue with a white-stripe is the resale colour - but aren't there enough of those out there already !
